The Ugly Duckling.
The brief from the architect was to completely transform this 1940s detached house into a clean and modern home with better flow between living areas.
Using strong lines, open spaces and definitions highlighted through the contrast of white and blue, concrete and lawn with copper and stainless steel features, offset using Amtico flooring throughout to
create wood and tile effects in a more modern day product with better longevity all combine to form a classic yet contemporary appearance allowing this property to stand out from the crowd.
The use of spotlights within the house and outside draws the 2 areas together and the large windows and skylights fill the home with feeling of warmth and light.

What the client said:
“We instructed Clark at Positive Renovations in late 2020, for a 4 month total renovation starting in Jan 21. Put simply, the whole experience was amazing and totally painless. Project management, budget management, communication and quality of work, was all first class. Clark’s attention to detail is second to none. The end result has surpassed our expectations and I would highly recommend Clark and his team.”
