From factory to fashion, the brief was simple ‘convert a tired old factory into 2 high spec apartments with a penthouse suite’. It would have been remis not to retain many of the industrial building’s features, so that’s exactly what we did.
Mixing New York style loft living with modern industrial features, an abundance of white space, clever lighting, glass balustrades and
natural stone all combine to make a uber chic contemporary classic living space for the 21st century, with a bit of bling for good measure!
Contrast, creativity and quality are 3 of the fundamentals in this minimalist design that mixes old and new to realise a space sympathetic to its heritage yet unapologetically modern.
